Question 1

How do I book an airport transfer with Intours Egypt?

Accepted Answer

Booking is quick and easy: enter your journey details in the booking form on this page, choose the vehicle that suits your group, and confirm. You will receive instant confirmation with your driver and meeting details. You can also book by phone or email if you prefer.

Question 2

Which cities and airports do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We provide private transfers across Egypt’s main tourist destinations - Cairo and Giza, Luxor, Aswan, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada - including all international airports, hotels, Nile cruise ports and Red Sea resorts.

Question 3

What vehicles are in your fleet?

Accepted Answer

Our fleet covers every group size: Standard Cars for 1-3 passengers, MPVs for up to 4, and MiniVan XL for up to 8. All vehicles are modern and fully air-conditioned and driven by professional, English-speaking drivers. Larger groups and VIP options are available on request.

Question 4

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We monitor your flight in real time, so if your plane is delayed your driver adjusts the pick-up automatically. Your free waiting time starts from your actual landing, and the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign - so you are never left waiting.

Question 5

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Transfer prices are per vehicle, not per person, so the rate is the same whether you travel alone or fill the car. Your fare is confirmed at the time of booking, with no hidden extras and no surge pricing.

Question 6

Can I cancel or change my transfer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up. Just contact us by phone or email and our team will take care of the change.
