These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.intoursegypt.com and all services we provide. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Our promise: As a local company, we work directly with local guides, drivers, and communities. No middlemen, no markups — just authentic Egyptian experiences with people who call Egypt home.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 How booking works

• Bookings are confirmed subject to availability

• You receive instant confirmation by email and SMS

• Mobile tickets are accepted — no printing needed

• We collect only the information needed to operate your tour (name, contact, hotel, number of guests)

2.2 Payment options

• Prices are displayed in US Dollar ($) and Euro (€)

• All prices include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise

• "Book Now, Pay Later" — reserve your spot and pay on the day of the tour

• Secure payment processing through trusted third-party providers

• Credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on arrival accepted

• Group discounts available for 10+ participants

No hidden fees: The price you see is the price you pay. We never add surprise charges — what we advertise is what you get.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

3.1 Our flexible cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure on most tours.

• Cancellation terms vary by tour and selected rate. Check the policy on the tour page and for your selected booking option before payment. Some rates, including certain excursions with flights, are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability and the conditions of your booking.

• Cancel through your booking account, by email, on WhatsApp, or by calling our 24/7 support

• Free date changes and modifications, subject to availability

• Special cancellation terms may apply to private charters or peak-season tours

3.2 How refunds work

• Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• If Intours Egypt cancels a tour, you receive a full refund or a comparable alternative

• No-show policy: no refund if you do not appear without prior notice

4. Tour Participation

4.1 Age & pricing

• Adults: 12 years and above

• Children: 3–11 years (reduced rate)

• Infants: 0–2 years (typically free)

• Family-friendly tours with special group rates available

• Senior discounts available for guests aged 65+

4.2 Health & safety

• All tours comply with Egyptian tourism safety standards

• Our guides are professionally licensed and first-aid trained

• Vehicles and equipment are regularly maintained and sanitised

• Emergency contact numbers are provided for every tour

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended

• Some activities have physical requirements — please check the tour description

4.3 Accessibility & special needs

• Wheelchair-accessible tours available (notify us at booking)

• Dietary restrictions accommodated with advance notice

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and contact information

• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time

• Carry the necessary travel documents and identification

• Follow your guide's instructions for your safety and enjoyment

• Respect local customs, traditions, and cultural sites

• Tell us about any special requirements or medical conditions before the tour

• Treat tour staff and fellow travellers with respect

• Help protect Egypt's environment and historical heritage

7. Tour Changes by Intours Egypt

We may occasionally need to modify or cancel a tour due to:

• Weather conditions affecting safety

• Insufficient participants (minimum numbers vary by tour)

• Force majeure events

• Government restrictions or site closures

• Operational necessities for your safety

In such cases we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative date, a comparable tour, or a full refund. You will never be left without a solution.

8. Liability & Insurance

• Intours Egypt L.L.C is fully licensed and insured (License No. 2055)

• We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for all our operations

• Adventure activities include activity-specific insurance coverage

• Medical assistance coordination is available if needed during tours

• Participants are advised to obtain personal travel insurance

• We are not liable for personal belongings lost through participant negligence

9. Your Privacy & Personal Data

We do not keep your data. Your personal information is collected only to operate the tour you booked — to contact you, arrange pickup, and keep your experience running smoothly. We never sell, share, or use your data for marketing. Within 90 days of your trip ending, your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems.

• We collect only what we need: name, phone, email, hotel name, and number of guests

• Your data is used exclusively for tour operations and communication

• No marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in

• No data sharing with third parties for advertising or profiling

• You can request deletion of your data at any time

10. Photos & Content

• Photos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes with your consent

• You can opt out of promotional photography at any time — just tell your guide

• Professional photography services are available on selected tours

11. Dispute Resolution

• We aim to resolve any issue directly and amicably — most are solved within 24 hours

• Customer satisfaction is our top priority as a local business — our reputation depends on it

• Formal complaints should be submitted within 30 days of tour completion

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt
