Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please send us a formal request via email indicating which bookings or participants are affected.

If travelers cancel, this may result in an increase in the price for the remaining participants as the costs will now be distributed among fewer people.
Costs & Deductions

If the booking process has already begun, cancellation fees will apply. These may:

• Be deducted from your original deposit,
• Be invoiced separately to those who canceled, or
• Be part of the remaining payment upon arrival of the remaining travelers.
